These days I freelance for service businesses across Southwest Florida. That means building the landing page, the Google Business Profile, the ads, the CRM, and then hiring and training the person who answers the phone. I don't hand off at launch.
I also run a few of my own businesses, so I've been the client waiting on an agency. That's made me a better communicator than any process document could.
Off the clock, I go down rabbit holes on camera gear and audio equipment I don't need.
